Exchange Policy

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.

Exchange Eligibility:

We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.

Priyanka Fashion Club Priyanka Fashion Club shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website www.priyankafashionclub.com.

Exchange Process:

• ✔ You can raise the exchange query here With in 72 Hours of Delivery.
• ✔ An amount of 200 Rs. (per exchange) will be charged to process your exchange.
• ✔ If you have received a damaged product or completely incorrect product, please contact us via mail (order@priyankafasionclub.com) with 72 hours of delivery.
• ✔ Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
• ✔ Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 24-48 working hours.
• ✔ Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
• ✔ You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a mail on (order@priyankafashionclub.com) ,All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10 am- 6 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

Self-shipping of Orders for Returns:

In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Exchange products will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days.

Refund policy:

Incase of any refund is approved, it will take 5 to 7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
